Alpha Delta Phi’s Annual Convention has been held every year since 1853, with the exception of the years interrupted by the Civil and World Wars.
Each undergraduate chapter and alumni organization sends one delegate to the annual Convention, each being entitled to one vote.
The Convention hears annual reports from the Governors, approves the International’s budget, decides constitutional questions and has appellate jurisdiction over the decisions of the Board of Governors and the Chapters.
The 188th Annual Convention of the Alpha Delta Phi will be held in August of 2020 in sunny Tampa, Florida, to be hosted by the Florida State Chapter in celebration of their 10th Anniversary.
From August 1-4, Brother President Matthew Pateiro was in St. Louis, Missouri to attend the 187th Annual Convention of the Alpha Delta Phi. The weekend was filled with business and leadership sessions, networking with active brothers from other chapters and alumni brothers, and formal receptions. The most notable story of the weekend was the announcement of the addition of the Ohio State Affiliate at The Ohio State University. We are looking forward to the addition of this chapter to our current active chapters!
The brothers are all looking forward to next year’s Convention that will be held in the Sunny Tampa, Florida, to be hosted by the Florida State Chapter in celebration of their 10th Anniversary.
