CONVENTION

About Convention

Alpha Delta Phi’s Annual Convention has been held every year since 1853, with the exception of the years interrupted by the Civil and World Wars.
Each undergraduate chapter and alumni organization sends one delegate to the annual Convention, each being entitled to one vote.
The Convention hears annual reports from the Governors, approves the International’s budget, decides constitutional questions and has appellate jurisdiction over the decisions of the Board of Governors and the Chapters.
The 187th Annual Convention of the Alpha Delta Phi will be held in August of 2019 in beautiful St. Louis, Missouri, hosted by the Eliot Chapter at the Washington University in St. Louis.

186th Convention

From August 9-12, Brother President Andrew Rossi was in Denver, Colorado to attend the 186th Annual Convention of the Alpha Delta Phi. The weekend was filled with business and leadership sessions, networking with active brothers from other chapters and alumni brothers, and formal receptions.  The most notable story of the weekend was the Rocky Mountain Affiliate from the University of Colorado – Boulder officially receiving their charter to become the Rocky Mountain Chapter, the 34th currently active Alpha Delta Phi chapter.  Congratulations to them for achieving this feat!
